Interesting concept, you can only get multi CCTs in fully integrated fittings in the UK at the minute!, it would be nice to have just the lamp that could do it! Cool

I tried to find the 2700K 25 Watts (150 Watts equivalent) for that at my local Home Depot, but it was only available in multicolour temperture there. Also, at the shelf, they have equivalent of 200 Watts LEDs with same selectable colour temperature as well.

The ones i seen which are actually useful are only switching between 2 modes (2700 and 6500) and are changing it by switching the lamp on and off. With the selector switch on the lamp this isn't exactly an accessible setting - You could as well just buy a cheap single CCT lamp and use it. I think your use of 2000lm+ lamp in a night stand is not quite the average use case of this lamp

That is quote a range of colours too, most of the time the options you get on integrated fittings only span 3000, 4000 & 6500K, or sometimes 4000, 5000 & 6500K so it is nice to see both 2700K and 3000K as well as 3500K which seems very rare with LED of any sort.

There are LED fixtures at Zalman Shneor 24 hostel, that can change their colour temperature. But we don't know how to use them such.

@Ash: I used this brightness in my bedroom when I read the book when I'm in bed sometimes.
