LEDVANCE 211lm/w 150w Retrofit: Full Power & Thermal
1 x 11.6w coated LED filament GLS lamp that is designed to replace 1 x 150w watt incandescent GLS lamp.

This lamp does not get hot at all and you can wrap your hand around the whole lamp pretty much indefinitely.

These ultra-efficient LED "filament" lamps boast an amazing efficiency of over 210 lumens per watt and claim a lifespan of 50,000 hours!
They are also very lifelike when lit and you'd be hard pressed from a distance to tell it apart from a real incandescent lamp.
The trade off for this incredible performance is the colour rendering index which is only 80% but it's still a really nice colour with no obvious green tint or flicker.

Impressive! I might have to try out a few of these out. Very Happy

For a lamp that is supposed to last 50k hours i'd much prefer a bigger envelope (like what was used for 150W GLS in the first place) to dissipate 12W

@Ash: Why the size of the envelope matters here?

How much are these a pop?

Was about 11 quid from CP iirc.
