NOS Thorn Gamma 7.
A recent purchase welcomes a lantern that was extremely high on my wish list.
The Thorn Gamma 7 is by far the smallest lantern ever produced. Even eagle eyed collectors miss these lanterns, due to their tiny size. Even then, the lantern had loads of potential, but because it needed a specially made column to even install it, numbers were kept very much low. Despite this, examples are still able to be spotted here and there, even if they're easily missed.
To find a intact used example is very difficult, but to find a NOS example is almost impossible. Sold to me by another collector, I'm informed that this is one of only two known to be of NOS originality. The A4 instructions and catalogue entry are a very good comparison for sizing this tiny lantern.

I only know of about 3 in service. Ones fully intact, ones taped together and the thirds vandalised beyond repair sadly.
