Neon nightlight experiment
This was found along with all those other lamps yesterday, mainly retrieved from a skip... Among them was this little Mazda branded neon indicator looking a bit bashed and crudely painted over in silver paint. As it still worked but was too crooked to enter the collection, I scraped the paint off and it is now in a little clip-on fitting in my room, on a timer, as a nightlight. Let's see how it fares (it certainly casts quite a pleasing orange glow at night).
