Disused "Little Chef" fluorescent street lanterns
These lanterns used to be found outside many branches of once-popular UK roadside restaurant Little Chef and were presumably manufactured exclusively for them, as they are not seen anywhere else. As Little Chef no longer exists, all such branches were either demolished or converted into other restaurants (this one is now a Greggs and Burger King). A fair few lanterns survive in the UK though, in various states of dilapidation. I believe these all used to use T8 tubes from new.

Still see these around from time to time, tho many with broken / incomplete or totally missing acrylic tubes. Out of the few intact ones I know of, it's been a long time since I've seen one lit!
