Philips daylight headlight lamp Here you can see what is believd to be a very old car headlight bulb manufactured by Philips Great Britain. It has a single vertical filament and is rated 12V at 36W. The Glass is of light blue to give this lamp daylight aperance. It is believed that this lamp dates back to the 30s. wile there are dayligh headlight lamps in Philips 1934 UK catalogue, I could not find any lamp with this particular base

Remember Gavin on LG user name was called sparkygav. He found some amazing stuff. I never seen some of it before. I hope he’s alright not heard off him in a long time
