Same cheap, naff design loads of companies now use. Cheap tat that'll maybe last 3 yrs before you throw the entire thing in the bin

Sadly yes even the very last 8W fluorescent ones came out in this design, then it completely took over for LED ones which seemed to get a little worse every year being cheapened down a little every time! The T&E feeding that leaves a lot to be desired too, not least for being T&E installed outdoors!

Bell Lighting gone Be11end Lighting, a complete travesty of once a respectable manufacturer now gone Cheapo Chinese and even though their modern fluorescent stuff can outlast way better than the modern Craptons but for LED well that is a different kettle of fish in a very dim manner - yes the wiring is questionable too
