Pats MAGA Gear.
Got some pretty interesting results running these on the variac with a power monitor. The Dyna vision was a constant 277W no matter what I did no matter what the lamp no matter what voltage give or take a couple of W either way. The mag gear was very much dependent on voltage, at 230V it was a current draw of exactly 269.9 W so about 8W more efficient than the dyna vision. That was with a GE CMH however with the supposed Philips Eco 230W lamp power consumption went up to 270 7W. Also the Dyna vision I took the voltage right down to 149 before the lamp extinguished interestingly even on mag I took the voltage down to 157 before the lamp extinguished however at that voltage it was only pulling 130W if I opt the voltage on mag to 247v it was pulling 325W.
