That’s a very nice find, I don’t recall seeing an Atlas branded BLB before! As you say, it’s likely this is a Sylvania made tube. Where did you get it?

very nice find! I have only ever seen a singular 2ft example of one of these before now
it should be noted that small T5, at least 4W T5 Woods glass tubes where made by Mazda in the UK (for the Vulcan bomber), but I dont think anything T8 or T12 size ever was
