I had this really bad earlier in the year. Try a NST NEON SIGN TRANSFORMER. That should clear them up

U should get American T12 HF slimeline ballast as those have 900 OCV. I have Revive my GEC 65/80 watt tube as it my only dual wattage tube in my collection.

This bastard showed signs of issues again when tested yesterday! Took quite a while and a good few blinks to strike it & then was veeery dim in the middle for a while. I'm going to put it into regular service in my bench light to give it a good run & keep a close eye on it before I put it away again.

These generally do start a bit funny I have 2 boxes of these would be a shame if some of them are fucked!
