Ballast says nothing but 80w stamped on it. The ballast is blue, very wide and held in by 4 screws, I removed the pfc cap as soon as I got it

It looks to me like it wants to be in a kitchen, one with a high ceiling or a workshop. Makes me think of an old control room filled with old round tube scopes and b+w monitors
