Another LED went pop at the weekend so going back to basics.  Buying in bulk worked out at 50p each for 60 watt GLS and candle.  First impressions they knock the socks off the 9 watt it replaced!

So your getting the warm glow of GLS back in your house then? Cool , luckily I still haven`t had an LED fail at home yet.

Nice one Angus! Back to basics! I'm trying really hard to fight off the invasion of the Led's in the schools there are loads of company's offering grants!

It's only when I did an AB comparison I realised how "grey" the colour an LED light produced and I thought 2700k was 2700k!

Ive had quite a few led filaments fail but james has cleared that one up

I see a couple of failed Fillament LED videos on youtube. It seems if the heatsink gas escapes its only a matter of days before the fillament LEDs cooks
