Morton Metalcraft - Hallmark 2xF40 Sign Fixture

A Morton Metalcraft Company 2xF40 fixture designed for Hallmark Cards signs
I thought it was just an odd shoplight when I got it (which it would work just fine as).
Ballast is an Advance, and looks like it may have been replaced.

This is something I got free back in the spring. (it along with some other shoplights is sitting out on the side of the house)
