Estate Sale finds
I went on my way to a scrap metal yard spotted the estate sale. keep on driving unloaded
the bull shit low paying metal about 300 imperial pounds worth got $7.80 cents
but all that crap got me this on my way back checking out the sale and paid $7.58
this is very interesting fitting. I made to retrofit a Incandescent fitting that holds a 3 inch globe. and you use a E26 to 120 volt outlet adaptors that u plug these fittings into. Now here best part it got very unusual lamp holders that you pull back like u would on a pop pack. The fluorescent tube is Philip Warm white 30 watts fat. My junk metal cash well spent!

Nice find Jeremy, unusual to have ‘pull back’ lamp holders though??, I didn’t think these were ever used in the US? Cool

it first of this type of lamp holders ive seen. there are more common spring loaded plunger sockets. That u just push the tubes towards the plunger and tubes just drop out then.
