That’s exactly what I was thinking this is definitely a used lamp.

Seller has just confirmed this lamp is indeed 100% used and it shouldn’t have been sent out to me.

I think it was a genuine mistake as I said I believe this lamp was used and I had a refund for 1 lamp followed by a message saying yes the osram was 100% used. I bought 4x Philips he said there was two used lamps which were put to one side and I’ve ended up with one of the used lamps. He’s refunded and said I can keep the used lamp. I thought it was odd as like I say listing was for Philips lamps.

Strangely it was in an osram packet as well so never realised it was used until I removed it and seen all the emitter sputtered all on the arc tubes.
