Thays how these tended to fail. Very rare theyd go EOL they simply lasted like forever and a day!

Doesn't have much banding either. Perhaps it's done mega hours but not been switched much, e.g used 8 hours daily in a shop or something

These never ever wared up they litterally looked like this before they failed. Get a gentle blow torch on it and evenly spread the heat. Itll come up

These are work horses!!!!!!

Still find these quite regularly in service in fittings that have not seen a lamp change in maybe decades! These do 10+ yrs no problem!
