Another Toasted Crompton C164 65w Ballast

Here you see another toasted Crompton C164 58/65w switch start ballast fitted in a 5ft Crompack 3. Very rare to see one of these like this, these are very reliable ballasts. This one hasn't developed an earth fault yet, but it's obviously been running extremely hot and the insulation on the windings will be breaking down as it only measures about 5 ohms across the coil (usually around 20 when cold).
