Lovely SOX fittings/posts at Aintree Had a cracking day out at the national with my best mate. Saw these two on the way and thought it'd be rude not to grab a picture. Also got some slow motion video of the races if anyone is interested.

I believe these are LED beta 5s

Not these ones. They are far too yellowed to be LED. However the liverpudlian SOX is being replaced with LED. The new LED "SOX" cannot replace the real thing but they are 1000x better than the urbis shite you see on most estates. The one on the right might be LED retrofit as I didn't get a proper look but the one on the left if definitely SOX.

look like concretes to me, one on the lefts a very rare Stanton No.1, the original stanton column from the 1930'a the other ones a concrete utilites
