Ive got one OSRAM Dulux EL 20W and one Philips Softone 20W T shaped CFL that don't want to turn on for some reason

Even though this is a 240 lamp I’ve yet to see that type cap in the UK?

I've seen them in the UK with this style of cap. Unusual for one of these to fail tho, they lasted forever. I'd expect to see the phosphor absolutely roasted and a black sock on at least one end of the tube - they definitely used to look utterly fucked when they did finally fail. Maybe there's something loose inside?
