Bought an Osram HQI-TS 70W/NDL Excellence, got a Sylvania HSI-TD 70W/NDL inside an Osram HQI-TS 70W/WDL package

I bought an Osram HQI-TS 70W/NDL Excellence, from an Israeli supplier, but he sent me a Sylvania HSI-TD 70W/NDL in an Osram HQI-TS 70W/WDL package instead. This is the fourth 4000K Na-Sc MH lamp I've, after the Electra MH-DE 70W and the two Aliexpress 70W 4000K MH lamps.
The light have a yellowish tinge to it.

So the same thing happens there too as in the UK?, you order something and something the exact opposite arrives!, I’ve just had a similar thing happen.

Nope. The halides makes this appearance of the arctube. Once the lamp has been stabilized, the arctube is completely clear.

Perhaps someone installed the NDL and didn't like it so swapped it for the WDL that was in the packet?
