looks early to mid 80's to me, i had a 4 foot 40 watt single exactly the same bought new at the time from a local shop, had it on my bedroom wall as a kid, same sticker to a tee

think that had SB lampholders thinking about it, it had a SB choke i recall

lampy you know your stuff. I have a more conventional 2' single from the 80s with the same label, but this is from the (late) 70s.
