Bastardised P107

There are a few of these old lanterns dotted around a small shopping precinct in Rainhill.
Unfortunately all except one has been bastardised with LED lamps.

The lazy bastards haven't even been arsed to order the right lamp, they are using B22 to E27 adapters!
Urgh.

At least it's still here I suppose...

I bet there was nothing wrong with the old gear too and this thing won't last as long.

At least it's dimmer and less reliable, so there's less light pollution and keeping a sparky somewhere in work.

Suppose itâ€™s just a light at the end of the day?, however it lights up, you could probably mistake for a merc at first glance?

i have just uploaded an example of another fitting the same as above, at least they kept the old design
