The lantern pictured is one of very many located on a very flashy looking business park at Hawarden aerodrome, full of high tech Aerospace companies and other mega money businesses with car parks full of expensive cars.... There is even a very large Airbus factory where they make the wings for all of their aeroplanes! I think they would have had enough money for some decent streetlights!!! Developer was either being cheapskates or just choosing ones that "look flashy"...
