Start up Believe it or not, this is actually self starting!!!, I don’t know if it’s because of it’s age or what, but if you energise it off a standard Philips 150watt ballast, within a minute it starts to flash, each flash gets the electons flowing until it flickers into life!!!, NEVER ever seen a halide lamp start without an aid before, but this does!
