Ring 46404 fluorescent fixture in the office room that is getting renovated

The office room that was basically became a storage room in recent years is now getting a transformation and this Ring 46404 36W fluorescent fixture has replaced a halogen pendant light

The tube it uses is an OSRAM White halophosphor type and I think it is made in China - i found this fluorescent fixture for free back in February and that tube came with that fixture
