Went to the car boot sale in Thatcham and saw this 5ft Crompton Crompack 58W fluorescent fixture that has the tombstone tubeholders

The tube it came with was Crompton 3500K halophosphor 58W tube and the ballast inside was a Tridonic magnetic ballast. Starter was a Sylvania FS -11 RAF made in China

No dust or signs of yellowing - the seller rly gave it a good clean Smile he said it was from his garage and only wanted 2 quid for it Cool

Good score, nice to have a modern version of the crompack I'm the collection Smile certainly were more solid built than PopPacks at this stage
