Back when fuel was decent prices

the coronavirus outbreak has brought fuel prices down to about £1.12 a litre, i got nearly a gallon of diesel for a £5. anything lighting thats not led is doomed, the leds are doomed -to be skipped due to failing early. when i worked for bear in 2008/9 briefly i relamped a section of sgs306s most were eol. i fitted new osram vialox 4y son-t brazil lamps. they were nice and bright for many years. some of the lamps that came out were from 1997! philips son-t plus 250w. philips luma's were fitted in place of these in the last few years. they left one sgs306 and its a lot brighter than the luma's
