First Rosetta tubes i have come accross, these are 8 foot 85 watt/125 watt dual wattage tubes

Wow they are rare as shit then!! I have 3 rosettes 40w, 65/80w & 125w rare in dual

The HiSpec brand was used about 1990-92 if I remember rightly, it was applied to many of the GE-Thorn tubes in non-standard colours. Very nice find though, the only Rosetta's I've come across are later models without the fancy etch, or GE brand.
