I remember those photocell CFLs well. They were quite a good idea

Bell makes an LED version. The one I had was from ASDA and has a 4 tube CFL design. I have never seen them in person in shops now though. Must have been around 2014 when I got that ASDA one.

Think these are UK made, from Shipley.
