This Schreder Sapphire 2 originally had Philips SKD578-S anti-cycle ignitor, as with its former lamp, it just did one cycle and shut down, but today, when I waited to my bus for Carmel hospital, I've seen this lantern cycling non-stop.
It seems that Kiryat Ata relampping lanterns with the power connected (They don't turning off the lantern before relampping it), then, after they replacing the lamp, they see that the lamp don't working, and thinking that the gear is the problem and replacing it...
