BR Class 350 fluorescent lighting
These EMU’s are quite nice trains, fast very quiet and smooth.
The lighting is nice is with deep and closely spaced louvres so that the fluorescent lamp can only be viewed from directly beneath. The overall effect is a very good level of illumination with no glare although the iPad camera makes it looks like there is a lot more than there really is.
Train operated by London Northwestern Railways.

What I like about that design is that there are no covers to go yellow and fill with debris. Much more efficient.

Yep, a common sight on some rolling stock that are getting in a bit now.
