These are interesting as their like SO and SOI combined Cool I wonder how common the LPS lamp was in Russia?, they must have been pretty widespread for them to have a production line for them?

Unfortunately no. LPS lamps left unknown in Russia practicaly. Except the one experiment in 1938 with LPS street lighting the lamp type DNaO 140 is the only one LPS lamp in Russia. And this lamp is rare too although there were some types of fixtures for this LPS type and LPS + HPM lamps together
