Philips-made European Anti-insect lamps

Insect repellent lamps are very common in the USA, but very scarce in Europe so I was happy to find these 2 in Amsterdam last week. Both are Philips-made, but from different factories and eras. I suspect these were more of a marketing gimmick as the colour coatings of these lamps are not at all different to the standard coloured lamps sold back then.
