Osram 160v 200w lamp made in Spain

Another oddly rated lamp. Perhaps this voltage used to be used in the León area of Spain as this is where I found numerous 160v rated lamps which I had never seen anywhere else. This particular Osram was found on a shelf in the back of a shop, caked in decades of dust, sadly with no box. Despite this it appears to be NOS.
