Mazda - branded 10w 2D adapter lamp

I've never seen one of these GE 2D adapters sold in the late 1990's Mazda packaging under which many CFLs were sold by GE. I managed to get the packaging open without destroying it! For some reason it seems GE was too lazy to create Mazda-branded adapters so they applied a really sloppy-looking sticker on top of the GE etch! (the same applies to some Genura lamps sold by GE in the 1990's.)
