Run up of my Philips MHN-TD 70W/730 through ND1000 filter [url]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rcfVybek1g0[/url] I didn't hot restruck the lamp, as it have problem getting the pulses of the ignitor in the ballast, so the hot restrike is longer than it should be, and not glow discharge appearing in the arctube.
