Osram Dulux EL "Facility" 10w CFL lamp A curious lamp I found on Ebay recently - I've never seen this particular variant of the Dulux EL lamp before. It seems to be a version with superior circuitry allowing for a long 15k hour rated lifespan (impressive when compared to the physically identical, but measly 6k hour rated Dulux I uploaded last week!) and for less damage to the lamp when repeatedly switched on/off.

The Osram Dulux EL Facility, is different than the regular Dulux EL, in the fact that it have a real programmed start ballast: Much like the Megamen Ingenium ballast.

This is a premium version of the Dulux EL Longlife. The Dulux EL Longlife have only PTC controlled preheating.
