Yes, I like my fluorescent lighting but like to keep it homely and cosy looking. It can be done with the warmer colour temperatures and concealed fluorescent tubes if that's what you want.

I agree, I love halophosphor tubes and fluorescent battens etc. but they wouldn't look right in a living room! I've often found cruise ships have some fantastic decorative and concealed fluorescent lighting, tubes hidden up under counters and pelmets and plenty of decorative PL and T5 fittings, all usually in 827 and 830 make it look very homely.
