The fluorescent underpass lighting of the IDR in Reading

They had these in Washington under the bridges too but they were SOX

I'm thinking were those originally SOX/SLI/H but got converted to fluorescent for the ones in Reading? Or were they available in both types of lighting tech? Either so I'd love to get the ID of those lanterns/fixtures

Even better, Hayes chemicals were still running 200 watt linears under the bridges at Northwich in the early 90s, they’re sadly long gone now, but would have loved to have saved them whenever they were taken down! Cool
