80w Osram HQL-B Super De Luxe 1 x 80w Osram HQL-B Super Deluxe lamp. Been after one of these for ages! Has a nice big rounded outer envelope which makes for very low glare and it's special phosphor and gold filter gives off a nice warm light. Had to import this from Gemrany. 3000lm 2900k 60-69% CRI

Never really tend to see mercury lamps in the UK, other than the standard elliptical type. Nice find!

Agreed. Shame they're not a bit more common. Not sure I've ever even seen something like this lit - not sure we've ever had one at any of the meets?
