Interesting to see this on a column outreach arm. I've only ever seen these mounted on the side of buildings!

The kombipak version of these in SOX and SON were very popular. Interesting you never saw them as actual street lanterns. They were fairly common round my work patch. Had entire estates lit exclusively with em!

We had the white ones in SOX but there were only a handful of aluminium canopies dotted around, and they were in neighbouring towns here, we never used the SON version anywhere in favour of the 2600, but there were 4 in our town on columns on the old RHM car park. These all mysteriously went missing a couple of years ago though, but I’m sure it was nothing to do with the travellers camp that was just across the road?

These were Bradford's NO1 lantern for side roads these and the MI26's sadly all now gone for LED

Near me it was almost exclusively Thorn Beta 2 or 5's with the odd Philips XGS 103 & 104 replacement.
