Yes this was from the 'bay. The seller originally had them listed for silly money but I waited untill the price dropped due to lack of sales to sensible levels

I mean 13,500 lm is barely more than a 150w SON-DL... which is already dimmer than a standard 150w SON!

They must of had their uses! This looks to be really well engineered. 8000 Hr? More like 20,000 I would of thought

8000h was the claim and I have my doubts if they even ever really achieved that in reality. Beautiful colour light, but Philips didn't do a good job in making this a quality lamp, and soon abandoned the production.
