Vintage Railway Lanterns & Columns
Spotted at Keighley Railway station, which is part of the Keighley & Worth Valley Railway, a preserved heritage railway which first opened in 1869 and was closed in 1962 as part of the wider restructuring of the British rail network in the 1960's.

The line is about 5 miles long with several stations and they operate a variety of vintage steam and diesel locomotives.

It is fortunate how these preserved railway lines that run steam and diesel powered trains also maintain vintage/back in the day lighting

Looks like the white could do with a touch up but they're otherwise in great condition! It's great to see old casties still up

LED retrofit. It also looks like the original feed to them is defunct as a new catenary supply has been added at some stage.
