Philips 160w MLW (MBT-W) New-old-stock Philips self-ballasted mercury vapour blacklight lamp. This is one of the later machine assembled lamps with the filament located at the top of the lamp instead of around the arc tube like the hand assembled ones. Very powerful!

I have a Chinese made Sylvania one of these with the filament around the arc tube, somehow I doubt it was hand made Confused
