Incandescent festoons

Whilst having a nice ice cold refreshing pint of the local pilsner in an outside café/restaurant on the banks of the River Spree, not too far from the Reichstag in Berlin...
..I noticed they were still using real lamps in their festoon lighting along the railings. :)
