Long neglected globes 1

Spotted these on a recent walk along the waterfront and old docks in Birkenhead.
The section of the Wirral Circular trail between Woodside and Seacombe was renovated and made nice years ago but a couple of decades of pure neglect by the local council has left the place overgrown, vandalised and very sad looking.
Just look at the Buddleia that has completely taken over the footpath areas!

These haven't seen any maintenance for a very long time!
