Search![LED replacement parkinglot lights at a Target store
This is the store where I took the pic [url=http://80.229.24.59:9232/gallery/displayimage.php?pid=8803] StreetLight #307 [/url].
They replaced both the fixtures & poles (new poles are shorter).
The round things on the bottom side of the lights are motion sensors.
