What wattage are these halloween-vapourwavey lamps? Is it a pygmy in a GLS skin or does it do something unexpected?

I have a Mazda one here somerwhere, seem to remember they were less than a 15w pygmy, 8 -> 12 watts or thereabouts

There is no pygmy bulb underneath as I was abe to check via the clearband of the neck! There no wattage statement but seeing it as a nightlight it would be less than 10W

I have a Philips night light which is rated 8 watts, it’s not as old as yours though.
