Osram 400w SON-E lamp This lovely lamp was found today in the lamp bin. It seems very lightly used, almost NOS. This lamp was probably made at the Shaw plant, made during the last year of the GEC date code.

I have the internal ignition version of this, sadly it was mistakenly run on mercury gear the last place I worked, I remember it constantly cycling!, unfortunately it no longer lights!

That's a good find! Definitely made at Shaw. Amazing but also such a shame what gets binned.
