The Good, The Bad & Ugly... I spotted this sorry looking high-mast in the car park of The Telford Centre, in, well... Telford. Most are still sporting their original Phosco FL500w discharge floodlights but it seems they are being replaced piecemeal by LED floods of questionable quality! The one has two FL500's (which the Black-headed gull likes) and two gash looking Kosnic LED floods! What a downgrade...
